I am a Jungian Analytical Psychotherapist and a Chartered Clinical Psychologist in Full Time Private Practice in the Kings Heath area of Birmingham. I specialise in one to one work and my primary orientation is as an analytical psychotherapist. However, on rare yet necessary occasions, my dual training allows me to combine in-depth analytical work with a more hands-on cognitive-behavioural approach. This can allow people to make progress when they have become stuck in other therapeutic orientations.

I am able to work with a broad spectrum of issues and difficulties ranging from the complex questions about identity and the development of the self to the sometimes more identifiable difficulties such as trauma, anxiety, abuse, depression, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, infertility, obsessional behaviours, physical-health related issues, and eating difficulties. I welcome enquiries should more specific information regarding your personal concerns be required.

I am also involved in teaching, training, and staff development. I offer supervision to individuals who work in the full range of therapeutic orientations. I was the Chair of the Birmingham Training in Jungian Analytical Psychotherapy, which is BPC registered, from 2013 to 2016. For more information about this training, please see the link below.
